REFUND POLICY OF PLATINUM ENTERPRISES
The ability to cancel your hotel room booking, relevant cancellation fee, and no-show fee are laid out in the terms and conditions applicable to that individual hotel offer. The consumer has the right to complain about his annual stay and any amount paid via credit card, debit card, net banking or any other online or offline way to the company within 10 days of using the service. The refund will be less administrative fees and GST.
Your booking confirmation will state the cancellation policy and no-show fee.
This Refund Policy does not apply to the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT signed by Platinum Enterprises and each individual customer.
The customer's relationship with Platinum Enterprises is regulated only by the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT's jurisdiction and dispute resolution methods. No refund request for vacations purchased will be entertained under any circumstances.
Any refund request in respect of the purchase of a fixed period vacations for customer and his family members per year shall be strictly in accordance with the terms of the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT and customer shall not be entitled to raise any dispute or request for refund for any payment made by Credit Card to the company in discharge of his/her legal obligations set out in the VACATION PURCHASE AGREEMENT.
